Come hang out with your fellow crafty folks! Sticks & String is a group of folks who like to knit, crochet, sew, and do other things with sticks and string.

WE'LL BE IN MEETING ROOM C TODAY!

This month, Judy will be teaching us how to knit a striped cap. We'll be building on the skills we learned at February's Knitting in the Round workshop. In this workshop, Judy will explain how to knit the Elf Stocking Cap (free pattern available on blog) and the Team Color Hat (free pattern). Both patterns are straightforward and she will cover a few knitting tips.

Below is the supply list. Judy will bring six kits for the Elf Stocking Cap, if you want to start one at the meeting.

Supplies needed for Elf Stocking Cap:
• 50 yards of acrylic red yarn
• 50 yards of acrylic green yarn
• 50 yards of acrylic white yarn
• size 6 and size 7 needles, circular or double pointed needles

Supplies needed for Team Color Hat:
• 50g of main color
• 50g of contrast color
• size 6 needles, circular or double pointed needles

Skills:
This is an easy project. If you know how to knit and purl then you can do this project.

No registration required, and you don't need a library card to attend. Just drop in! And feel free to bring a friend.

See you there!
