TAI CHI IS BACK!!! Free class for adults and active seniors ONLY at the Weekes Branch Library.

Learn Tai Chi with Masters Li Zheng and Qin Zhou. No experience is required for this health and wellness program for adults. Please wear loose-fitting clothes that allow for movement.

Registration is required and a liability waiver needs to be completed before the class. Print copies will be available onsite; please arrive early to fill yours out.

Based on participants’ feedback from last year, Tai Chi classes will be held weekly on Thursdays throughout September. We encourage you to join all four sessions, but you are welcome to attend even if you can only make it to one. Please register for each session you plan to attend, though the waiver form only needs to be completed once.


About the instructors:

Li Zheng is founder and the head coach of Legend Kungfu Academy. Qin Zhou has represented Wu Han University at international competitions and coached abroad in China and Japan. They have taught Tai Chi in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 15 years.
