Event Details

This Saturday we'll be hosting a pen and paper game jam for Hayward teens!
A game jam is an event where you're set a genre or a prompt, and you have to write a game following those prompts within a certain time. Our game jam will take place with the first hour to write games, and the second hour to playtest them! The restrictions for our jam are that they have to fit on a piece of 8.5x11" paper, and you can write and play them with just a pen and paper.

Dice, playing cards, and tarot decks will be available for use as part of the games, and examples and instruction will be provided as well.

Our instructor/facilitator is well-versed in different kinds of tabletop roleplaying games, and has written several micro-RPGs as well, one of them for a game jam. Come out, bring your friends, and have fun!
