Music and Movement at the Downtown Library

Sing and dance with us every Tuesday! 

Children are born with an innate love of music and movement, which play pivotal roles in the development of young children. Early literacy, physical, motor, and social-emotional skills are enhanced when children engage in activities such as dancing, singing the alphabet song, and reciting rhymes. Plus, it's just a lot of fun!

Everyone joining a storytime will need a ticket. Space is limited. Tickets will be available at the Children’s Information desk 30 minutes prior to storytime on a first come, first served basis, until room capacity is reached. Every adult and child must have ticket for entry. We will not reserve tickets in advance.
