Treat yourself to an hour of mindfulness practice led by Dr. Julia Lee, a practitioner of Chinese medicine, as we tune into our bodies, breath, thoughts, and feelings. Attendees will learn practical tips and self-care strategies.
Consistent mindfulness practice over time may lead to increased self-understanding as well as improvements in physical and mental health.
