The public is welcome to attend the in-person Commission Meeting and may also provide in-person public comments.
How to submit a written public comment:
Members of the public are invited to submit any comments via email to Library@Hayward-ca.gov by noon (12:00 PM) on Monday, March 20, 2022. A report of all written comments received within the specified time period will be distributed to Library Commission members via email prior to the start of the meeting. Written comments will also be compiled into one file and published on the City’s Meeting & Agenda Center under Documents Received After Agenda Published. Non-written/verbal public comments may be made live during the open public comment periods of the Commission Meetings and are limited to 3-minutes.
