Hayward Operated Paratransit (HOP) will help seniors and people with disabilities to enroll in paratransit services. Visit HOP on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 2pm-5pm.

What is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services.

Where is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is located at the Downtown Hayward Library, on the 2nd floor, by the Tech Lab. Ask Library staff for directions!

Who can use these services?
Anyone! We provide a range of information and services.
