Community Hub: Health & Wellness with Horizon Treatment Services

Horizon Treatment Services provides resources on substance use prevention, mental health support, and programs for LGBTQIA+ youth while also providing information about upcoming events. Visit Horizon Youth Services on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 2pm-5pm.

The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services.

Where is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is located at the Downtown Hayward Library, on the 2^nd floor, by the Tech Lab. Ask Library staff for directions!

Who can use these services?
Anyone! We provide a range of information and services.
