4Cs of Alameda County will provide enrollment in parent workshops, toddler playgroups and family navigation to HPN community. Families can receive child care referrals and payment assistance information. Visit 4Cs on the 1st and 3rd Mondays from 11am - 2pm.

What is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services.

Where is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is located at the Downtown Hayward Library, on the 2nd floor, by the Tech Lab. Ask Library staff for directions!

Who can use these services?
Anyone! We provide a range of information and services.
