Through October, representatives of Bay Area Community Services (BACS) will be in the library connecting those in need with emergency housing through Hayward's Navigation Center.
Downtown Library: Thursdays, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Weekes Branch: Tuesdays, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
