Half of the larger Fremont Bank Foundation Room. Shares wall with Warming Kitchen. Window wall on the north side.

Full Fremont Bank Foundation Room. 

Minimum Reservation Time is 2 hours. Timing for setup and teardown should be built into the reservation.

Medium-sized meeting room on second floor near elevators.  Setup in Board Meeting Circle by default. Any event/meeting held in Meeting Room C must be open to the Public.

Minimum Reservation Time is 2 hours. Timing for any reconfiguration (and the return to default setup) should be built into the reservation.

Whole John Pappas Legacy Room in the Weekes Branch. Room can be separated into 2 rooms using an accordion wall (see separate listings to book a portion of the room). Any event/meeting held in the Weekes Legacy Room must be open to the Public.

Room is provided with tables and chairs. Renter is responsible for setting up the chairs and tables in the room and putting them away. Timing for setup and teardown should be built into the reservation.

For an additional fee ($100), the Library can provide Room Setup and Teardown.  To add this to your reservation, select the "Room Setup by Library (Additional Fee)" option in the Room Setup dropdown menu and include room setup details in the "Room Setup Notes" field.

A 3D carving machine that uses a bit to cut materials such as wood, plastic and machinable foam.  Carvey can be used for making jewelry, signs, toys and more! 

A smart heat transfer machine. 

A smart cutting and drawing machine that can cut and draw on over 300 materials including paper, fabric, matboard and leather.
