Fremont Bank Foundation Room - Large Room Whole (Rooms A and B)

Full Fremont Bank Foundation Room.  To book half of the space, see separate room listings for Room A or Room B. 

Room will be provided with two podiums, 14 rectangular tables (2.5 ft x 5 ft), and 72 chairs. Renter is responsible for setting up the chairs and tables in the room and putting them away. Timing for setup and teardown should be built into the reservation.

For an additional fee ($100), the Library can provide Room Setup and Teardown.  To add this to your reservation, select the "Room Setup by Library (Additional Fee)" option in the Room Setup dropdown menu and include room setup details in the "Room Setup Notes" field.

 Minimum Reservation Time: 2 hours
