Dremel Digilab LC40 Laser Cutter (2 hours)

Description: The Dremel LC40 is a 40-watt laser cutter. The laser cutter can take image files and cut or engrave material by firing the laser. The laser cutter has a maximum cut depth of ¼ inch, a maximum material thickness of 1.25” for engraving, a maximum cutting area of 12”x20” and a maximum engraving area of 12” x 18.4”. Materials must be less than 1/4” thick.
Reservation time: 2 hours
As a courtesy to your fellow makers, please reserve even time slots such as 12:00pm - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 4:00pm, or 4:00pm - 6:00pm.
We provide:

- Project material

Before you use the Dremel LC40 for the first time, you must complete:
- A Makerspace Registration Packet
- The online Makerspace Safety Orientation
- The online Dremel LC40 Laser Cutter Safety Training
