Online English Conversation Circles are designed for adults who are looking for a supportive and fun environment to practice their English speaking skills.

Place items on hold using our online catalog. You can also call us at 510-881-7980 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Please note: A total of 125 patrons will be allowed in the building during each HPL Express session.

Stop by the Downtown Library (888 C Street) to pick up a free healthy lunch for children and teens aged 18 and under. There is no sign-up, application, income verification or identification needed.
