Learn about early literacy practices that you can use at home with your family. Build your family's in-home library. Learn, play, and connect with your community! 

How are birds responding to climate change and other challenges? Which species have been most affected, and how are local groups working to help? This program will combine highlights from the most recent U.S.

Scientists from Cal State East Bay are coming to the library to play research games with kids!

Children (4-7-years-old) will have an opportunity to play a short game with a researcher, contribute to science, and win prizes.

Uke Can Do It! Strum-Alongs are held every Saturday from 2-3pm in the Conference Room C on the 2nd floor of the Downtown Library.

Take over the library after closing! Join us for food, activities, and prizes, all after the library has closed for the night.
