JUST CONFIRMED:  Representatives from Alameda County Veterans Service Office will also be at the program!

Hayward Public Library will host the VA Palo Alto Health Care Medical Outreach Team & Partners to facilitate examinations, consultations, toxic exposure screenings, and referrals for veterans who are enrolled in the VA healthcare system. 

The event will take place at the Hayward Veterans Memorial Hall located at 22737 Main St., Hayward, CA.  94541

Other veteran and community organizations will also be present to provide information on other veteran resources and services.  

If you have questions regarding eligibility and/or enrollment into the VA Healthcare System, please bring a copy of your DD-214, and a list of current medications.  Those who need to obtain proof-of-service documents prior to the event can find instructions at the Hayward Public Library's online Veterans Resource Center at bit.ly/hpl-veterans.  

This program is a collaboration between the VA Palo Alto Health Care Medical Outreach Team, the Hayward Public Library, and American Legion Post 68-Hayward.
