Event Details

Learn Tai Chi with Master Chi Shaohe. Founder and the head coach of the Yang Style Tai Chi Club, he is the fifth generation heir of Yang Style Tai Chi. Master Chi is a professor and associate dean of the College of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Therapeutic Kungfu of the University of East-West Medicine. He has taught Tai Chi in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 20 years. 

No Tai Chi experience required for this health and wellness program for adults. Please wear loose-fitting clothes for movement. No need to bring anything.

Classes will be conducted in English and Mandarin Chinese, and will take place on May 20th, and June 17th.Please sign up separately for each date.

遲紹和大師,山東楊氏太極第五代傳人,舊金山太極俱樂部總教練。曾獲美國加州“太極大師”,“榮譽市民”稱號。擔任美國國際醫藥大學太極氣功武醫研究學院教授,副院長。遲師傅來圖書館傳授太極啦!機會難得,快快報名。

無需太極基礎。請穿寬鬆衣服練習。這是一個只針對成人的健康養生項目。要求注冊報名參與(注冊表格在下)。

用英文和國語教學. 教學時間為五月20日和六月17日的星期六下午1:30-2:30. 每次都需註冊。
