This is the orientation for new Student Friends volunteers in the Children's Room Helpers Program, an in-person volunteer program for teens ages 13 to 17. Teens must submit an application prior to attending the orientation.
This orientation is for Downtown Library volunteers; orientations for Weekes Branch Library volunteers will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
In this orientation, we'll go over guidelines & expectations for volunteers. Volunteers will also be taken on a tour of the library.
This orientation is held in Meeting Room C, located on the 2nd Floor next to the elevators.
Please note that this is the final orientation for the 2023 - 2024 school year. Check back soon for summer volunteer opportunities!
