Build your child’s communication skills through Shared Reading!

This program is designed for children with minimal speech, ages 2 to 9 and for caregivers who want to learn more about additional communication tools. 

The program is a collaboration of the Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences department at Cal State East Bay and Hayward Promise Neighborhood.

Open to children of all abilities! Please note that communicating with AAC Systems is usually very slow, and we will pace the story time with this in mind.
 

A parent/caregiver must accompany the child for all the sessions.
