Event Details

Hayward Public Library will host the VA Palo Alto Mobile Medical Outreach Team to facilitate examinations, consultations, and referrals for veterans who are enrolled in VA healthcare.  

The outreach team will provide examinations, consultations, and referrals to enrolled veterans in the VA healthcare system. They will also assist veterans and their spouses, caregivers, family members, and survivors with information about veteran enrollment for VA healthcare.

Veterans should bring military discharge papers (Form DD-214) and a list of current medications. Those who need to obtain proof-of-service documents prior to the event can find instructions at the Hayward Public Library's online Veterans Resource Center at bit.ly/hpl-veterans
