We will discuss practical, accessible, and enjoyable ways to infuse healing time into our day-to-day lives. Many activities that support healing are free and can be integrated into our everyday experience if we make creative efforts to connect with our surroundings. This talk will also include ideas for creating space in our lives for a daily healing practice, as well as discussion of mindsets and strategies that support the natural healing process.
