Join us for an afternoon of Bay Area pop and rock music stories with legendary San Francisco–based music journalist and author Joel Selvin. Mr. Selvin is known for his weekly music column in the San Francisco Chronicle, which ran for over 30 years from 1972 to 2009.
He has written more than 20 books covering various aspects of pop music—including the No. 1 New York Times bestseller Red: My Uncensored Life In Rock with Sammy Haggar —and published articles in Rolling Stone, the Los Angeles Times, Billboard, and Melody Maker.
A book sale and signing hosted by Books on B follows the event.
