Introduction to Public Speaking with Vinni

What skills are required to be a good public speaker? Come to learn strategies for developing your confidence, using body language, and the parts needed to write a great speech.

Vinni has years of experience teaching and coaching students from all walks of life on how to communicate effectively, both publicly and in small groups. Vinni also serves on the board of the Hayward Literacy Plus Council (HLPC.)

After the multimedia lecture, we’ll practice using presentation skills and strategies in small groups. There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the session.
