In partnership with DigitalLIFT, The Hayward Library is offering a class for older adults to improve their digital literacy skills, AND these classes will be taught in Mandarin! 

To sign up for these classes, learners must come to the registration workshop on Wednesday, January 28th between 10:30am-12:30pm in the Computer Classroom at the Downtown Library.

Basic Digital Literacy Training – This training is in-person and meets once a week for 4 weeks. Learners who attend all 4 classes will receive a FREE Android Tablet. To be in this class, learners MUST:

  • Be a resident of Alameda or Contra Costa County
  • Qualify as low-income
  • Speak Mandarin

如需报名参加该课程，学员必须参加注册说明会，时间为 1 月 28 日（星期三）上午 10:30 至中午 12:30，地点在市中心图书馆的计算机教室 (圖書館二樓）。

基础数字素养培训
本课程为线下授课，每周一次，共 4 周。
完成全部 4 次课程的学员，可获得一台免费的安卓平板电脑。

报名本课程，学员必须符合以下条件：

  • 居住在 阿拉米达县（Alameda County）或康特拉科斯塔县（Contra Costa County）
  • 符合低收入资格
  • 会说普通话
