Chabot supports in applying and enrolling in non-credit ESL courses, Adult Career Technical Education, and Adult Dual Enrollment programs. Staff can assist with financial aid applications and provide information around the Chabot Promise program. Visit Chabot on 1st and 3rd Mondays from 2pm-5pm.

The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services.

Where is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is located at the Downtown Hayward Library, on the 2nd floor, by the Tech Lab. Ask Library staff for directions!

Who can use these services?
Anyone! We provide a range of information and services.
