Dr. Chow has been working in the Library and Information Science field for the past 24 years. His areas of expertise include technology integration, leadership and management, information seeking behavior, and analytics and informatics. As the head of the largest MLIS program in the world, an academic researcher, and expert in information science, Dr. Chow is also grappling with the current and future impact of AI in all aspects of society.
