Design Lab: Tinkercad for Tweens

Want to 3D Print but the Makerspace is booked? Design your own custom avatar and the Makerspace will print your design for you! Make yourself, your favorite character from a book or show, or design your own character; this project makes a great gift or bedroom decoration.

This program is for tweens 9-12 to learn how to design an avatar in Tinkercad, a free 3D design program. You'll see a demonstration of how 3D printers work and learn what to do and what to avoid when designing for a 3D Printer. Your 3D design will be printed and ready for pick up in 2 weeks.

The age range for this program is tweens 9-12 years old, and will be strictly enforced with no exceptions.
