Please join us for "Arts & Letters" exhibition art reception!  Meet and view the art of 31 Hayward Arts Council members, whose works of art on display creatively combine images and text. The exhibition is currently on view at the Hayward Library galleries on the 2nd floor and includes oil and acrylic paintings, mixed media, and interactive artwork.
