Medium-sized meeting room on second floor near elevators. Any event/meeting held in Meeting Room C must be open to the Public.
Room will be provided with 5 rectangular tables, 6 trapezoidal tables, and 20 chairs. The tables and chairs will be setup in a board-meeting circle by default. If a different configuration is desired, renter is responsible for reconfiguring the room and returning it to the default setup. Timing for any reconfiguration (and the return to default setup) should be built into the reservation.
Room reconfiguration can be provided by the Library for $50. To add this to your reservation, select the "Room Setup by Library (Additional Fee)" option in the Room Setup dropdown menu and include room setup details in the "Room Setup Notes" field.
