Event Details

Hayward teens ages 13 to 18 who identify as Black/African American are invited to submit an artwork or writing piece that reflects their experiences. Prizes will be awarded in the categories of poetry, short essay, and 2-D visual art; submissions will be virtually displayed across the Library's social media platforms during the final week of February.
