The Art of Collage: Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, Create

In the spirit of Earth Day, join us for a hands-on collage-making experience designed for kids and their families to create together. We’ll give new life to materials that might otherwise end up in the waste stream—such as old postcards and magazines—by transforming them into playful, imaginative artworks.

We’ll begin with a short, engaging slideshow that introduces how collage artists use color, shape, texture, and drawing to tell stories and express ideas. Then you'll have time to explore, cut, layer, and create your own unique collage to take home.

This class is designed to inspire children and their families to embrace the joy of art, discover hidden talents, and enjoy time together.
