Event Details

Center for Elders’ Independence (CEI) provides health care and services to help older adults live safely and independently in the community. We coordinate medical, social, and in-home services under one plan, tailored to each participant’s needs. Visit CEI on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays from 11:00am - 2:00pm.

What is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services.

Where is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is located at the Downtown Hayward Library, on the 2nd floor, by the Tech Lab. Ask Library staff for directions!

Who can use these services?
Anyone! We provide a range of information and services.
