Event Details

La Familia offers information and referrals to HPN community clinicians, Cal Fresh, and Medi-Cal. They can connect you to prevention and early intervention services. They also offer youth workforce program for teens and young adults. Visit La Familia on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 11am-2pm.

The Community Hub is a full-service, one-stop resource center for patrons to access City of Hayward and community partner services.

Where is the Community Hub?
The Community Hub is located at the Downtown Hayward Library, on the 2nd floor, by the Tech Lab. Ask Library staff for directions!

Anyone! We provide a range of information and services.
